I ordered a ticket for the cable car before the end of April at a discounted rate of €12. I was gonna go today and take a taxi for the eight minute drive and have been told it was 6 1/2 euros. That is wrong. They are now charging between 15 and €25 one way. There is no bus or other way to get there at this point. Someone thinks that they are gonna start a shuttle tomorrow, but the tourist information had not heard about it. This is just a heads up. It would be actually be cheaper to rent a car for a day and get a taxi.
I took another beautiful hike on the other side of the bay and got stunning views of a different perspective. If anyone wants a cable, I’m going to have one.
