Your opinion - Best restaurant for Fiorentina Steak in Florence

Hi All!
Just curious, what was your favorite or must visit restaurant in Florence for a yummy Fiorentina Steak? I have seen a few restaurants that get great reviews such as, Antico Ristoro di Cambi and Francesco Vini but thought I would ask here.

We had our best meal of our trip at Ristorante del Fagioli (Corso dei Tintori 47r, 055-244-285). Reservations are a must, but we just stopped at lunchtime while walking by and got in that same evening.
