Does anyone have experience of the Wwoof organization in Italy? I have looked into their site but it seems you need to join (25 Euros) to get more information about the types of places you can stay. Good or bad experiences anyone?

Have a search in the search box (put in WWOOF) and you can read several threads on the farm working for "free" that have been here over the years. You need to be very careful because you will be working and you can't work on a Schengen visa waiver.
