Would you change anything about my 4-day itinerary in the Dolomites in July?

Day 1: Murren, Switzerland > Ortisei
Day 2: Adolf Munkel Trail
Day 3: Drive to Sasso Pordoi and Sella Pass. Then drive to Lago De Braies
Day 4: Seceda – Pieralongia trail
Day 5: Alpe di Siusi (not sure which hike)
Day 6: Ortisei > Milan

Q1. Would you change any of my hikes/activities in the Dolomites?
Q2. I don't plan on renting a car. Could I shuttle or something for my Day 3 plans?

*I know my Day 1 will be a huge travel day, but it's part of a three-week trip, so I'm happy to make the journey.

That is a long travel day. I assume you know the route by train is Muerren to Milan/ Milan to Bolzano then bus or taxi (€85) to Ortisei. LMK if you need a taxi recommendation. We will do a long transfer day on a long trip, so I understand, but if you cannot make all the transfers work, a night in Milan or Bolzano is not a bad thing,.

Your lodging in Ortisei will give you a pass for use on the Val Gardena buses during your stay. Those buses are quite convenient. You can hike Seceda and many places on the Alpe di Siusi using local buses and lifts. You can also get to Passo Pordoi and Passo Sella easily by bus, lift, and foot. (We love to hike from Ciampinoi to Passo Sella and return on the bus.)

The Adolf Munkel Trail is harder to access. You can take a taxi or drive. Not sure it is worth renting a car for the limited use to do this trail. There are many many more trails in and around the Val Gardena. Perhaps you could include one of those instead of going over to another valley. Ditto Lago di Braies. It is rather a long way from the rest of your itinerary and mountain roads take a long time to navigate. It would,be over 3 hours round trip to do that by car.

Thank you for your replies.

Overall, I guess it all comes down to if Lago De Braies is worth renting a car for. Is it going to be that much better than spending an extra day in the Val Gardena area...

Scythian, to answer your question, yes, I did read the bus route link you provided, thanks, and saw that I can bus to Lago De Braies. However, a bus takes a long time, so I am asking about shuttles. And yes, I would very much appreciate any advice you can give on the trip from Switzerland/Interlaken to Ortisei. I used the SBB website, which said it would take roughly 10 hours all up. If that's correct I'm okay with doing that in one day. I've done worse.

And Laurel, I would love a taxi recommendation. I'm also glad to hear it's easy enough to bus to Pordoi and Sella. I can see there is a bus going that way, but I wasn't sure how much walking would be needed.
