I just bought a "Pacsafe" (stashsafe 100)hip pac that is slashproof and lockable on my body even! I would obviously wear it in front of me.....so would I STILL need to wear a money belt under all that?

My preference would be to also use a Money Belt, for an additional "layer" of protection.
Also, be sure to always lock both the belt and the zippers of the Pacsafe, especially when in crowd situations or on public transit. Many of the thieves in Europe are VERY proficient at lifting things without anyone noticing. DON'T assume you will notice if they try to open the zippers!
