Wondering if there's a shuttle to Tuscany that can drop u off at a hotel from Florence?

Hi there! My mom, sister and I will be going to Italy for the first time and would like to go from Florence to Tuscany but not rent a car is this possible? We would like to see the county side of Tuscany but are scared about driving. Any suggestions on what we might do and any suggestions on hotels or wine tours in Tuscany?

Florence is actually in Tuscany, not a different place. The RS Italy book recommends three different private guides who can provide countryside or wine tours, among others. These are Alessandra Marchetti, Paola Migliorini, and Roberto Bechi. Contact information in the book or you can just google their names, I'm sure. Also, many of the well-known tour companies, which are very good, offer group tours including town visits, wine stops and lunch. You might check Walks of Italy, Dark Rome and others.

As others have pointed out, Tuscany is a large geographical area. Florence is in Tuscany. So where do you want to go specifically in Tuscany. With that info, better recommendations can be given by everyone.

For what? I apologize but I don't understand what you are asking? or want to do? If just interested in see the country side - mostly olive and wine groves. Go to Florence and take an organized bus/day trip to a winery. Or do you want to stay somewhere else in Tuscany besides Florence. Have you looked at a map? Need some clarity.

Take a look at the website below and see what towns or areas you'd like to see in Tuscany. A lifetime is not enough to see everything Tuscany has to offer, so you need to choose what can fit in the days you'll be there. Florence is the Regional Capital of Tuscany and the public transportation hub for the region. However the land area of Tuscany is bigger than the land area of Massachusetts+Rhode Island combined, therefore you might want to choose areas that are within easy reach from Florence.
