We arrive late into FCO. We prefer to get euros at our destination rather than exchange dollars before we go.

Per the airport services website, yes there are cash machines at every terminal.

On my last visit to Rome, I found an ATM on the way to the baggage claim area. They’re green. Be sure to let your bank know you’ll be withdrawing money. A couple in front of me didn’t and were flustered when they couldn’t access funds.

I recently opened up a Capital One 360 checking account with a debit card for next trip and they don't seem to care if we're going overseas or not.
