Winery Tour and Tasting in and around Montalcino

Returned from a trip to Tuscany - visited a delightful winery in Greve (Castello di Verrazzano); visit was 2.5 hours and included a tour (beautiful panoramas as well as wine cellars), tasting and lunch.

Traveling to Tuscany again in the spring and looking for a winery near Montalcino that has a similar type of visit (tour, tasting and lunch).
Any recommendations?

We will be based in Siena and have the option of taking the winery tour on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Any thoughts about which day to visit Montalcino and winery? Does Siena have more day tours on Saturday?

I can second Avignonesi, which is outside of Montepulciano, not Montalcino. The tour and lunch was outstanding, and they definitely don't skip on the wine during the food pairing. They served 4 of their wines during lunch (you get to choose which ones), including their 2000 vintage Vin Santo (Occhio di Pernice), which has gotten 98 point scores. Highly recommend it.
