Winery/olive farm in or SE of Matera?

Hello! I will soon be heading to the boot, and I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a winery or olive farm to visit, either in or SE of Matera, maybe around Alberobello or as far as Martina Franca? Really appreciate the help!!
