Does anyone have a recommendation for a winery to visit that can also include lunch but is not too far from Florence? We will only have a few hours after a tour in Florence before we have to be back in Livorno to meet our cruise ship. Would love to incorporate lunch around a winery if possible.

Rachel, are you taking a private tour of Florence from Livorno? What I mean is if you already have a driver from Livorno to/from Florence? If so, have you asked them what they might be able to do for you?
But given the distance just from Florence to Livorno, I'd personally be hesitant to shoehorn lunch at a rural winery into the plan.

If you are traveling by train be sure to allow enough time to get to your ship on time
Journey is about 2 hours station to station

We have a driver, so we have the ability to stop somewhere between Florence and Livorno.
