Wineries on Prosecco Road-north of Venice?

Would anyone have any information on this?

My daughter told me that this is the only region in Italy that makes Prosecco wine and we would like to know if any of you have experience visiting one,and which one is the best to tour through. Apparently (I am going on what she said,it's our first time in Italy) it is a region about 45 minutes north of Venice.

This might be a long shot but would appreciate any insight! Thanks!

Go to the Colli Euganei. There are many vineyards and small towns - Arqua Petrarca is one of my favorites. My friends and I always stay at Agriturismo Le Volpi, outside of Baone. They make wine and olive oil.

You will need a car for this area.

There are some lovely villas in the area as well, open to the public for tours.

My husband and I have been to this area in the past and will be going again this fall. I would recommend Riva de Milan, the Prosecco is great and the grounds are very pretty. My husband and I enjoyed the Valdobbiadene area. I found lots of useful information by googling Prosecco Road.
