Wineries between Rome and Siena

My husband and I are renting a car our of Rome for a drive to Siena this July. We will spend two nights in Siena before driving to Venice and dropping off the car. We would like to stop at a few wineries on the way from Rome to Siena. Does anyone have any suggestions for good places to stop in that region?
