I'm traveling to Italy in late March and am wondering if anyone can suggest a great wine tour to take in Tuscany.
Had a great time with Tours By Roberto, a Rick Steves pick.
If you are traveling from Florence, give the Slow day in Tuscany http://www.slow-days.com a look. They have only small groups and go to the smaller vineyards, less touristy part of Tuscany. Check out their blog linked to the website and TA reviews.

You can get there by car or bus.
Take a look at the tours offered by Artviva.com, another tour company from RS book. They offer full day tours which include visits to several hill towns in addition to the wine tasting and lunch. They also have shorter tours focusing on the wine tasting only.
