Hi,
I am interested in booking a wine tour in Florence/Tuscany or it's surrounding areas. Where do you recommend going? We LOVE wine and so this would certainly be one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for your suggestions!

I read in another post that you are going to Siena. The Tuscan Wine School has locations in Florence and Siena and was a great experience to learn about Italian wines. What we learned there was reinforced everywhere we went and made the rest of our wine experiences even better. Someone on this board recommended Casa Emma and it was excellent. We had a short private tour and tasting out on their patio overlooking the vineyards. Our next trip will include Montalcino to enjoy Brunello.

When are you going to Florence?
Many tours do not run year round.
My wife and I also love wine, and one of our favorite wine tour companies in Tuscany is Tuscan Wine Tours.
Their web site offers many different types of tour.

Tuscan Wine Tours is great. It was one of the highlights of my trip last fall. I highly recommend them.
