I am looking for a good 1/2 or full day wine tour leaving from Siena that is affordable. Any suggestions? My trip is in September.

Sorry, I don't know good joinable tours at that price. There is an outfit in Siena that is publicized by the hotels but they don't get good reviews.
I watched one of their tours at a winery that I was visiting and the guides had NO information to give their group and just sat and made phone calls while my guide answered their questions and showed them around. I don't know what would have happened if we weren't there since no one from the winery was available that day.

I did a half day tour with Tour in Terre di Siena www.rinascimento.terresiena.it. The tour went to San Gim. and then a winery. We really enjoyed it. Total cost was 35 Euro and we were a group of about 16.
I not aware of any others as out time was short and this suited us. However do not under any circumstances book a tour with Cors Magis. If you want me to elaborate send me a private message.
