Wine tour of Tuscany

Going to be in Florence Dec 23 thru 25th. Looking for a wine tour company that would be giving tours on the 24th of December Christmas Eve Day. Have contacted a few, either they are not operating that day or are very expensive. Any suggestions? MEM
