Hello Kathleen, we used this outfit for their historical walking tour of Lucca and liked it quite a bit, but I can't speak for their wine or food tours specifically. They have several versions of tours and are open to you telling them how long and what interests you.

They also do shore excursions from the ports so they can provide transportation so this may work for what you want.
