Hello, my wife and I are seeking out a few choices that include Wine Tours, Tasting and Cooking class all in one that is near Sienna. We are staying in Sienna 9/27 - 9/30. I currently have Madonnabella Winery on tentative hold. Can you recommend any others.

Two years ago, we took a wine tour through https://www.tuscanescapes.com/ The particular tour was the Brunello di Montalcino Small Group Wine Tour. We did enjoy the tour, and learned a lot.
You also might check out Anna Piperato's tours at https://www.sienaitalytours.com She's a Rick Steves guide who also works for other tour companies and for herself, as well. We spent a day with her in Siena, and were well pleased. She can customize tours for you, or recommend others.
