I'll be in Torino later this month and am hoping to find a Cantina or Enoteca there where I can sample and learn more about Piemonte wines---especially Barolo. Does anyone know of any?

Ahhhh Barolo! As you probably know, with Barolo it's best,a and makes a different, to find a bottle from a good producer to experience this wine (one of the world's great red wines!) at its best.
And the best producers of Barolo will be found in the Langhe hills around Alba, in the wine country southeast of Turin/Torino.
If it's not feasible for you to go to the source, in an enoteca in Turin ask for Barolo from one of these producers (and as you probably know, it won't be moderately priced but it's worth it for the experience):
