Wine tasting/cooking class Tuscany Day Trip

While in Florence I want to take a day trip into Tuscany countryside for wine tasting and/or a cooking class. Any suggestions for a reputable tour company?

We did a really fun Italian cooking class with 'Cook Eat Italian' in Tuscany. The chef Mauro was very professional and it was the sort of class where you actually got to take part instead of just watching a demonstration. As for day trips from Florence I would highly recommend the Slow day in Tuscany at www.slow-days.com . It was exactly what we were looking for.
