I have been tring to find areas south of Naples that have wine harvest the end of September.We will be in Sorrento for a few days but want to go away from the coast inland to see that area. I have found a place in Sora but I was hoping for more wine regions. Any experience with these regions??

It may be too far away from where you'll be, put Puglia is a major wine-growing area. And don't forget Sicily.

Thanks Michael, I have looked at this area but it is way too far for the amount of time that we have.I did see Sannio that is north of Naples that looks interesting but I am still searching.
