We are traveling to Rome in mid-October of 2015, and wanted to take the official Colosseum underground tour. When checking the tour offered on the Coopculture website, http://www.coopculture.it/en/events.cfm?id=6, there are no underground tours offered after September 30th. Will there be any tours offered after the 30th? Is there anywhere I can get more information on tours in October? Many thanks, in advance, for any advice.
No one can say for certain but there should be. The colosseum releases the underground tours in two/three month blocks. Right now they are booking through September. You can start checking the official website in mid August to see if they release the dates for October.
Historically, they only release the next "block" of dates two weeks prior to the start of the next "block" but this past time they released September dates in mid July (instead of mid August). I don't know why they did that or if they'll do it again but I would start checking in mid August. If they don't open anything up for October then check in mid September. They usually will put an announcement on the official site giving the date when these tours will become available for booking.

Donna, you have answered all my questions. Thank you! I will check the site mid-August, and then again, mid-September.
Good luck and don't worry too much about this. Unless they have an unusually rainy fall there should be no interruption to the tour schedules.
