Will call tickets

I bought tickets to the uffizi gallery and the borghese gallery, so far, on the official websites, with a credit card. I indicated will call, or purchaser picks the ticket up at the museum no earlier than an hour before the indicated entrance time.

Are there separate lines for people who are picking up tickets they alreado purchased, or do I just stand in the same line as people who don't have tickets?

Other than showing my passport or Michigan drivers license, the confirmation I printed from the websites, and/or my credit card, is there any reason for me to worry that they will loose my reservation, or for other reasons, I won't get in, that I will have wasted my money?

At the Uffizi, you stand in a separate, much shorter line than the people who haven't bought tickets yet. You don't need to worry about your reservation being lost or denied.

The line at the Borghese is not long since they limit the number of people . BUT be sure you are there ar least 30 minutes before your scheduled visit time to pick up your tickets.

If you are concerned about a lost reservation, you can print out the confirmation email to show at the ticket pickup point (you'll probably need it anyway).

At the Borghese it is one line. Store your bag early because we didn't and all of a sudden there was a long line. Did you book the guided tour with them?

As long as you bought on the official website rather than a third party website, there's no reason to worry that they will lose your reservation.

I have no specific experience with the Uffizi or the Borghese. But in general, when dealing with will call tickets, whether it's for trains, shows, museums, or anything else, each place has specific things they need you to show in order to pick up your tickets. These vary; it may your passport, the credit card you used to make the booking, the confirmation e-mail, a confirmation number, or something else. These things are specified at the time of booking. Just be sure you've brought the specific things requested for that specific ticket, and you'll be fine.

I booked the guided tour listed on the official looking Italian website.
