Hi. Look on trenitalia.com; switch to English in upper right, and put in 7am for the hour to see all the trains. All trains starting with 'Freccia..' are similar; they are high speed trains that for Rome to Salerno will take about 90 minutes, so pick whichever of those fits your schedule. As you'll notice, on this route the intercity or regional trains can take up to five hours, so huge difference. For Salerno to Verona do a similar search on trenitalia.com; this route will involve a change of trains and several hours. Italo is a separate train company with limited but good service. Enjoy your trip!

Aside from travel time, you need to understand that train tickets are now priced like air tickets: The earlier you buy, the cheaper. And the discounted tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable. Even when we arrived in plenty of time to take the Frecciarossa to Rome one departure ahead of our ticketed Naples departure, we were told the only option was to buy a new, last-minute ticket. We decided to sit on our bags for an hour.
