Our last day in Italy we will take the train from Bolzano to Venice. I booked a room near Marco Polo airport.
I'll be buying the train ticket soon. Should i select Venice Mestre as destination?
I'm thinking from Mestre, we will take a taxi to Annia Park Hotel.

Yes, Mestre is the station you want. A taxi is easiest and the bus might also be an option depending on the stop locations.
