Which Sim car for Italy + Switzerland?

I need to buy a SIM card in Venice at the start of my trip for 1 week in Italy and 1 week in Switzerland. There are TIM, Vodafone and Wind stores in Venice. Which tourist SIM card should I get? I suppose they all work work in northern Italy. Which one will work best in Switzerland?

TIM has a $15 euro tourist SIM:

But it may not work in Switzerland (it says free roaming in EU countries, but Switzerland isn't a part of the EU).

Wind also has a tourist SIM for the same amount:

It allows 3gb of data roaming in Switzerland. That's probably sufficient. How's their connection in Switzerland?

I can't find anything on Vodafone

My last experience with this resulted in a surcharge at TIM to enable roaming in Switzerland. It worked well.

Ok, maybe I should go with Windtre then, given their tourist SIM includes 3gb in Switzerland. Unless their signal in Switzerland is terrible. 3gb is probably sufficient for 1 week.
