Which location is better in Cinque Terre

We are spending 2 to 3 nights in Cinque Terre and are looking at 2 placed to stay. Does anyone know of these two places and if so, which is the preferred location?
1) Casa dei Limoni Affittacamere
Via Soviore, Località Balanello - Monterosso al Mare - Cinque Terre (La Spezia) or
2)Hotel Pasquale *** - Via Fegina, 4 - 19016 Monterosso al Mare (SP) - Cinque Terre

Thank you for you input

We stayed at Hotel Pasquale in early September for 5 nights and loved it! The location is excellent; close to the train station, restaurants, etc. The views from each room are of course incredible and we really enjoyed getting to look out at the ocean. The hotel itself is very nice; the rooms are very clean, comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was very attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was good as well and my husband really enjoyed the homemade croissants with orange marmalade that one of the owners makes every morning. They also offer omelets made to order in addition to the standard breakfast options (yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, bread, cheese, meats, etc.). I was concerned about the possibility of train noise at night as I'm a light sleeper but we weren't bothered at all. The trains obviously don't run as frequently at night and I was never awakened by one. If you are interested in staying at Hotel Pasquale, you need to book way in advance as it fills up fast. One of the rooms has a little balcony which looked really nice and the owner said that it is usually reserved a year in advance so you might inquire about that specific room as well (the other rooms all have ocean views but no balcony). Have a great trip.

Oh, one more thing! I highly suggest La Cantina di Miky in Monterosso. We ate there 3 times in 5 nights and loved it. The prices are reasonable and the food is good quality. You can sit outside overlooking the beach, outside in a garden area or inside/downstairs. We loved all 3 areas. Be sure to try the fried Ligurian bread with cheese melted in the middle...to die for!
