I spent 12 days in Italy 8 years ago and hit the major cities and some smaller towns (Rome, Florence, Naples, Florence, Milan, Bari, Burano, etc.). This was not a Rick Steves tour.
Trying to decide between 3 of the Rick Steves trips to Italy (9-12 days). Any suggestions?

Sicily is an awesome tour, that should be a consideration too. Totally unique.
Is the Village tour one of your options? That would be my first recommendation to round out the places you have visited.
I haven't taken all the Italy tours, but Village Italy is amazing. I recommend it highly, especially since you have seen the major cities already.
Another vote for Village Italy…so much fun that we happily repeated it with friends!
I have taken almost all of the Italy tours and I would vote for Village Italy. In fact, we liked it so much, we did it twice.
I've done Heart of Italy, Village Italy and just last Fall did Best of Italy. I'm going to agree with everyone that Village Italy would be excellent for you!
My reason for taking Best of Italy was specifically to see the Dolomites and to see Otzi the Iceman. Mission accomplished. Your goals might not be mine, hahaha!!
I loved Village Italy and recommend you go to Padua 1-2 days ahead as I found a lot to do there that was not on the tour. You'll likely fly in to Venice so if you have the time and inclination, a few days in Venice wouldn't go amiss.
