La Scaletta, on top of the homonymous hotel, is a nice reasonably priced restaurant with a beautiful view from the tables on the top terrace and on the tower. The tower I don’t think is big enough for 10. The balcony yes, but it is not that large so if you can’t reserve, you may not be able to sit 10 people.
The B roof, on top of the Baglioni hotel, is fancier and has a larger capacity.
The views are gorgeous from both.
