Which gelateria to choose in Pisa?

i have 3 candidates, i could only do 2
1. Il Gelato di Toto at Brogo Stretto , seems the youngest between the 3 but reputation catches up

1. La Bottega del Gelato at Piazza Garibaldi, slighlty cheaper than others but the ice cream seems runny (seen only through pics). i want something that's more in the creamier side.

2. Gelateria De' Coltelli near Piazza Garibaldi , one of the oldest , have many flavours including seasonal ones
