Which restaurant would you choose for a Monday evening meal?

Trattoria Cesarino.
We love Osteria Vini e Vecchi and have eaten there 4 times in recent years. It's our favorite little restaurant in Florence - great food and wonderful dining experience.
Thanks for the recommendations. Now, I just need a couple more opinions for a tie-breaker :)
Ciro & Sons on via del Giglio is a Neapolitan pizzeria, but with so much more. Not fancy, just right. We dine there at least twice each trip.
With a name like Ciro (Cyrus) you are guaranteed the guy is from Naples. I’ve never met a Ciro who wasn’t from Naples. I don’t know why Neapolitans love that name so much.
But, Jay and Roberto, you didn't help break the tie!!!!
Of the 3, I would definitely go for the Osteria Vini e Vecchi Sapori, which is well established and pretty famous among Florentines. I've never heard of Cesarino.

I will definitely try Vini e Vecchi Sapori next April when we visit. But...Ciro has my top or in-the-top-2 pasta dish in the country, so I will be drawn there as well. It's Napolitan, of course--Calamarata all' Amalfitana: pasta (I think tagliatelle) with garlic, olive oil, chili pepper, cherry tomatoes, calamari. Better than it sounds...the 'gravy' is incredible. Dark red, I suspect a tad of squid ink in there.
Good buddy of mine that I grew up with in Chicago, uber-talented artist/cartoonist in Detroit, was contracted for 6 months to teach art/sculpture at one of Florence's art schools, can't remember which one, around 2005. And his tiny walk-up apartment was directly across the street from Ciro. The aromas would drive him crazy, so he'd dine there almost every day. Befriended the brothers, a real family place.
Every good restaurant in Florence probably has a similar story....
(waving at Jay)
I wish I could remember what we ate at Ciro & Sons but no matter; it was really, really. good.
Will definitely be a return visit when next we're in Florence. I'm making note of the other suggestions too (thanks all!)
After reading this thread I went to add Osteria Vini e Vecchi Sapori to my notes for Florence next year and saw that not only was it on my list already, but I had highlighted it and added the note "(RS rec, duck ragu)."
I’ve got to try Ciro. I love Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately I never had a chance and the restaurant isn’t that old. In the old days there was a famous Indian restaurant where Ciro is now.
I made a reservation at Ciro & Sons for a dinner in May. There was a line up to get in but I went to the ‘hostess’ to mention my reservation and was immediately directed to my outdoor table. Very good meal, but my server was rather distracted by everything going on around him and seemed to be the ‘capo’ of the outdoor crew, so service was a bit scattered for me. And sometimes, only sometimes, being an older single woman does add a bit of disinterest. None the less, I would return anytime for a meal there.
I have not experienced the others but often see Vini è Vecchi Sapori mentioned.
Has anybody tried Taverna San Trovaso in Venice?
Thanks for all of the ideas! I'll report back when I return :)
