Which City to Start?

We will have 15 days in Italy, planning on seeing Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Venice and Milan. I can get frequent flyer tickets starting in either Rome or Milan and flying out of the other. Is one better than the other to start our trip. Thanks.

I'd start in Milan. You'll be jet lagged and getting used to Italy - the language, how things work. Better to get acclimated in Milan than Rome.

I agree with Doug. The smaller the area of acclimation the better...
