Agriturismo Corte Benedetto or Romitoria di Serelle?
We have 3 kids (10, 13, 14) and a car and will stay for a week.

From their website description I would hesitate to pick Corte Benedetto (Lucca) as their appartments offer only ONE bedroom. 2 kids will have to sleep on a sofa bed apparently, the 3rd one in an extra bed that needs to be squeezed in somewhere. Roitorio di Serelle (Chianti) has larger appartments with 2 bedrooms. From our experience travelling with 2 kids (12, 14) I can tell you that the extra space is really valuable.
I also prefer the location in Barberino Val d'Elsa. We stayed there as well and found it was centrally located to reach Siena, Florence, Volterra, San Giminiano ... all within or under an hour drive. And the restaurants at the church of Barberino have wonderful outside patios overlooking the valley. I took a perfect "Mona Lisa" photo of my brother there - he's got flowing long hair ;-)
Honestly, the larger appartments in that agriturismo would be completly above our budget but there are agriturisme in the area that offer pools and large appartments for less if that's a concern for you.
