Thank you. Have been to Pisa already. Five hours is not bad I was just looking to see if it was worth stopping to stay a night somewhere along the way

My mistake- I have edited my post- it is more than 5 hours according to Google- closer to 8.5.
What about Lucca? Stay just outside the walls so parking/ZTLs won't be an issue.
