Where to stay on Amalfi coast

We are traveling to Southern Italy in mid-March with three teenagers. My husband and I have been to Sorrento and loved it, but I was wondering if there are some other options. I have our accommodations for Naples and we have four days to spend on the Amalfi Coast before heading up to Rome to complete our trip. I am looking for suggestions on towns to stay in. I was thinking Sorento for 2 nights then Ravello for two nights. I would also love to do a farm and factory tour for Mozzarella as well, any suggestions?

You don't need to split the stay unless you just specifically want the different experience in the evenings (probably not worth the time sink of moving locations). Since you want to do the mozzarella tour (I think most are south of Salerno), I suggest staying at the mainland end of the Amalfi Coast. You can visit Pompeii from Naples or this area.
Ferries will not be running yet, but it should be relatively quiet.
