Where to stay in Milan before getting morning flight the next day?

Hi, My daughter and I are going to take a train from Venice to Milan late in the afternoon (in August) and need a good & safe place to stay in Milan. We'll need to be up early in the morning to get to the airport for a 10:30am flight to Paris. Does anyone have advice on where to stay and how to get to the airport easily and on time!

Milan has two airports, 30 miles apart: to advise you, we need to know from which one are you departing? Linate (close in) or Malpensa (30 miles northwest of the city center)?
