Where to stay - AirBnB's/accommodations in Alghero, San Teodoro, and Olbia?

We would like to stay budget friendly and do AirBnB's while visiting Sardinia and want to make sure we stay in good locations central to all the stuff to do/see, etc. Suggestions?

Will be visiting beginning-mid September 2017.
