Where to purchase SIm card

I was just going to figure this out when I arrived but since I got such good advice from my last question, I thought I would ask the experts again. I will arrive at Milan Malpensa on a Wednesday morning. I will then travel to Ortisei by train/bus, passing thru Milano Centrale station to Bolzano then onward by bus. Where would you recommend I purchase an Italian SIM for my phone? I have been to all of these locations before, but never really paid attention to phone stores. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I purchased a Vodafone SIM card at Milano Centrale.

Make sure your cell phone is unlocked, otherwise a foreign SIM card will not work in your phone.

Have a wonderful trip!

Thank you both. I will decide which place based on train schedule once I arrive. And my phone is a dual sim card phone. I'm not a big phone person so this has worked fine for me. A basic phone that allows me access to texts, GPS apps for pathfinding, and occasional calls for reservations is all I need.
