Where to go for 3 days after finishing cruise in Citavecchia?

We are finishing a cruise at the end of September in Citavecchia and will have 3-4 days to explore before our flight home. We took the Italy My Way tour last year and saw Cinque Terre, Florence, Assisi and Rome (at least a bit!). Is there a village or area along the West Central coast worth seeing? Or inland?

If you only spent the 2 nights in Rome on the My Way tour then I suggest you just spend these days in Rome
You will need to spend your last night before departure anyway

You could day trip to Orvieto, Tivoli or Pompeii )not usually recommended as it makes for a super long day but it is a possibility
