I have two days between these two cities and need some advice from all of you. I had originally planned to go to Ischia and the spas for two days, but I keep reading conflicting reviews on the hotels I picked. Is there a good place in between Sorrento and Rome that is worth checking out? I should add that I am a single female in my late 30's and the days I have available are November 21st-23rd of this year.

I take reviews on trip advisor with a grain of salt. I'd stick to your spa plans and go for the adventure!
