Has anyone had problems buying train tickets on the Trainline Ap or Trenitalia Ap when in Italy. I was wondering if this is the easier way to go instead of messing with machines or ticket windows.
Need tickets from Rome Airport to Naples once arrive.
Personally, I just buy them at the windows or machine. Pretty simple. My concern about phones and apps is the potential for lost or theft or dead battery. The old engineer in me likes back up and redundancy. Ticket machine are plentiful, quick, and easy to use.
You might as well buy it from the machine upon arrival
