Has anyone had success buying tickets at the website www.firenzemussei.it? I can not seem to be able to get this site to work.

We went through our hotel in Florence. You might ask them to make the reservation for you.

i bought them through that site two years ago. seemed to work fine. you pick them up across from the ufizzi. then go across past the crowd to your own special entry door. be sure to print and keep the confirmation for your ticket pick up. what a great museum. have fun, be safe.

Thanks. I emailed our hotel and had a reply this morning that they bad reserved the tickets for us. That was way easier than the website.
