Where can one buy Siena Pass?

Hello! I saw that there is a website for a Siena pass for 17,20 euro online and also that it's free for disabled people. http://www.florence-tickets.com/siena-pass.html?site=absi . However another site showed it to be 12 euro. http://www.operaduomo.siena.it/eng/opa_si_pass.htm

I was wondering where in Siena can one purchase this pass in person? Is it worth purchasing a Siena pass? Even just for one day?

Also do people in Siena consider deaf people to be disabled? (Where I'm from, having a deafness is considered disabled, so I wonder about Siena, Italy in order to get free or discounted passes.)

Overall, I'm wondering if the Siena pass is worth purchasing and where in town to purchase it. Thank you for your patience and for your help!

There are various combo tickets. The €12 Opa Si ticket covers all the Duomo sites and is sold at the ticket office to the right of the Duomo, near the Duomo Museum entrance. The €13 ticket to cover the City Tower and Civic Musuem are sold at the City Tower on Il Campo. The other pass that you linked only gives discounts on some of the sites listed.
