I have a few tickets with Italoreno for travel in the next few weeks under my name. I will be unable to make this travel, so I would like to see if I can resell the tickets to someone else. Does anyone know of a website I can go to to do this?

I very much doubt they are transferable to another name. Check the booking conditions from time of purchase.

They're not. However, I heard that they don't even check the names on the tickets at the time of boarding.

If they're not transferable (which they're not) why would anyone want to purchase them and take the risk? With this day of heightened security checks it would be foolish to buy a non-transferable ticket from a stranger.
Can you not get a refund? Did you email Italo to see if they can help?
