We're flying from Paris (Orly) to Venice in mid May on Easyjet. How soon should we buy our plane tickets? Is there a problem getting on a flight like this at the last minute? Also, how early should we plan on being at the Orly airport for this short flight?

Hello Barbara, I'd suggest as soon as possible, as with EasyJet the fares will go up the longer you wait. I just bought our tickets for September: Paris to Venice 34.99Euro each. I'm not sure about how early to be at the airport, but I've been told that it is much smaller than CDG. We are planning to arrive about 2 hours prior to our flight.

I agree with buying as soon as possible as prices with these kinds of budget airlines only increase as it gets closer to the date of departure. I would treat this like any other flight and be there two hours prior to departure.

Thank you! I will get on it. I was just debating whether to take the early AM flight or later in the afternoon. I hate to leave the hotel so early, but then I don't like the idea of arriving in Venice early evening either. I don't want to miss time anywhere!
