Help! I'm going to Rome soon and see conflicting info about the Terminal 3 TI. The Roma Pass website is down. The airport website says the TI does not open until 9:00 AM, but the official Rome Tourist Site (Roma Sito Turistico) says the airport TI opens at 8:00. I'll be arriving around 8:00, so this will make a difference. Thx much!

Nancy, why do you need the Tourist Info center? Only for buying the Roma Pass? Did you pre-purchase it online?

All I see is 8:00.
However if your plane arrives at the gate at 8:00, by the time you deplane, go through passport control, retrieve your luggage, use the restroom, exit the arrival area through customs, have a cappuccino at the coffee bar, locate the TI, it will be well past 9:00 already.

I'm seeing 8:00 as well but as Roberto wisely points out, you're unlikely to deplane, get through immigration, collect luggage (if checked), etc. before the 9:00 hour. You can also buy a Roma Pass in central Rome so it's not really a big deal if the office isn't open.

Thanks so much! I read about purchasing my Roma Pass at the TI in Terminal 3 and thought I'd try it.
