The online site seems confusing. We will want two individual tickets to the Colosseum for Nov. 6, Tuesday. We probably want the underground tour. When can we buy these for an English tour? If you buy the underground tour do you also get admittance to the Roman Forum /Palatine Museum?

If coopculture follows their current schedule, underground tickets for November will be released on the first Monday in October at 9:00 AM ROME time and they go very quickly.
You want the "Underground and arena tours in english" option:
You will choose the "Full entrance ticket € 12,00 + guided tour € 9,00" option ( additional reservation fees of € 2,00 will be added to your purchase).
The "full entrance ticket" part of your purchase will provide entrance to the Colosseum to meet your tour, and entry to the Forum/Palatine AFTER your tour. Those two sites are also inter-connected and must be visited at the same time.
They did some shuffling around of dates for availability of tour purchases this spring so keep an eye on the website for any future changes. They have been stating dates/times for opening of tickets sales on this page; scroll down to the text below the last tour option listed ("Underground and belvedere visite en français guided tour in french")
