Passing through Parma, have 4 hours to kill, any suggestions besides food tours ?

With four hours in Parma, a visit to the Duomo and Baptistry would be at the top of the list. If time, go to the Teatro Farnese to see a splendid wooden structure rebuilt after WWII. If you want to splurge on a meal, La Greppia has wonderful cuisine and beautiful presentation.
For a casual meal, there are several restaurants along Via Farini. Parma ham and Parmesan Cheese either as first course or main course with crusty bread will give you a taste of Parma's riches. Cap it off with gelato from Grom and be on your way.
