We're trying to arrange an Uber from Nassau County to JFK for a flight to Rome 7:30 p.m. Christmas Eve and wondering how crowded Delta's Terminal, 4, might be to estimate what time to request Uber to arrive at 4:30. Also, any idea what we can expect with our 9:30 a.m. scheduled arrival at FCO, Rome, Christmas Day (reduced customs official? crowds?). TIA.
