Hilton Airport Rome.
I'd stay in Rome my last night, not at an airport, and get a taxi. What time is your flight?

We've stayed in a hotel near Termini then just take a taxi or the Leonardo Express train to FCO Airport.
A few years ago we stayed at Domus Aurea Hotel.
Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were very helpful & nice.
Breakfast is great & served on the roof terrace.
The hotel is a 1-minute walk from Termini Station.
